About us > Artwork Specification In order for us to produce your work efficiently, without unnecessary delay or additional cost we must receive the following from you. Orders should be placed with the following information in writing accompanying the file. Company name, contact person, contact details and order number Quantity and size Material and finishing requirements Due by date Delivery address and method Payment method To allow us to process your order without delay, all files must meet our artwork guidelines. We will notify you of any files which do not meet our requirements before proceeding. Files which require further preparation by us will incur an additional charge of $60 ex gst per file. File to be supplied in CMYK colour mode. Supply a colour accurate proof whenever specific colours or effects are required. Our solvent printers are a 6 colour (CMYKcm) digital print system and the UV curable flatbed printer is a 4 colour (CMYK) digital print system. These printers do not print 100% Pantone accurate colours, only their 4 or 6 colour process equivalent. Please refer to the Pantone ‘Solid to Process’ colour imaging guide for equivalent colours. We will do our best to match PMS colours specified in the file, however we cannot guarantee a perfect match. All fonts must be converted to outlines or paths. Supply all relevant files including linked or placed files. Please ensure your file has resolution of 100 dpi at final size. For large graphics such as billboards please contact us for further details. File to be supplied in EPS, JPG, TIFF & Hi Res PDF.
